Moffett Automation is an active industry partner in the Cavan Monaghan Education & Training Board (CMETB) Apprenticeship Scheme, providing hands-on placements, structured mentoring, and real-world project experience across manufacturing, controls, and software. The collaboration helps local learners build industry-ready skills while creating a strong pipeline of future talent for advanced engineering roles in Monaghan.

Growth has followed performance. Moffett Automation now supports 22+ live systems, employs 115+ people, and continues to scale revenue year on year, all while maintaining a privately held manufacturing base in Clontibret, Co Monaghan.
