Monaghan Innovation Driving Sustainable Construction

EXVO's new TXV machine

EXVO Electric, a Monaghan-based innovator in electric machinery, is continuing to support the transition toward cleaner and more sustainable construction equipment with its latest 00% battery powered Track Loader, as part of its TXV series.

The company, specialises in developing electric machinery designed to reduce emissions while maintaining the performance required across demanding construction and industrial environments. Its focus is on delivering energy-efficient equipment that helps businesses lower operating costs while transitioning to cleaner technologies.

The new TXV Series, is an all-electric compact track loader designed to deliver strong performance while supporting zero-emission operations on site.

Unlike traditional diesel-powered machines, the TXV operates using a fully electric powertrain, offering a quieter and cleaner alternative for modern worksites. The machine has been designed with productivity and sustainability in mind and features a swappable battery system, allowing operators to quickly replace batteries on-site and minimise downtime. This enables continuous operation while maintaining the environmental benefits of fully electric equipment.

The TXV also incorporates vertical lift arms and offers a rated operating capacity of up to 1,520kg, providing the strength and versatility required across a wide range of construction, infrastructure and renewable energy projects.

Electric machinery is becoming increasingly important as companies across the construction sector look to reduce emissions and meet sustainability targets. Battery-powered equipment provides several advantages, including zero tailpipe emissions, reduced noise levels, and lower maintenance requirements due to fewer mechanical components compared with diesel engines.

Founded in 2022, EXVO Electric is part of a growing cluster of engineering and technology companies emerging from the Monaghan region. With demand increasing for cleaner construction solutions, innovations such as the TXV series are helping to position local companies at the forefront of the shift toward electric machinery.
