Following his retirement from rugby in 2018, former Ireland international Bowe has added entrepreneur to his impressive list of achievements. What started as a celebrity shoe collection with Monaghan business Lloyd & Pryce has grown into a fully fledged brand in its own right. Bowe has also since gone on to develop in-demand menswear brand, XV Kings.
“Monaghan’s cross-border location means it has always been a natural business hub,” said Bowe. The county has produced several inspirational leaders over the years,” he added. “I grew up in a very entrepreneurial household – my dad set up a food import business and my mum runs a physiotherapy clinic. Entrepreneurial spirit is something that’s just ingrained here.”
