The domestic market remains equally strong, with Silver Hill’s award-winning retail products available nationwide through supermarkets, butchers and the company’s online store. Popular items such as Crispy Duck & Pancake, Duck Fillets and Confit Duck Legs have earned repeated recognition at the Irish Quality Food Awards, the Great Taste Awards and Blas na hÉireann, helping families bring restaurant-quality meals into their own kitchens.
Strategic investment has played an important role in supporting the company’s rapid growth. Following the 2019 acquisition by Fane Valley Group, its feed nutrition partner for more than two decades, Silver Hill Duck has continued to expand and enhance its production facilities in Emyvale, Co. Monaghan. A new plant with the capacity to produce 120,000 ducks per week will be operational in 2027, to meet increasing global demand.
